spiritual hacks for a miraculous life
“Don’t worry about anything. Instead pray with thanksgiving about everything.” (Philippians 4:6)
We can worry or we can pray and praise. But we can’t do both.
Father,
Thank you for you peace and comfort. For overcoming my worries with your promises.
Help me to rest in your power instead of wrestling in my worries.
Amen
“God always gives what is perfect to his children and he is never slow to answer.” (Luke 18:7)
God’s answers may seem slow to us but they are perfect and right on time.
Father,
Thank you that your answers to my prayers are perfect and perfectly timed.
Help me to wait with anticipation rather than with anxiety.
Amen
“Everything is possible for the person who believes.” (Mark 9:23)
God’s power is not limited by anything except your faith.
Lord,
As a man once said to you, “I believe, help my unbelief.”
Fill me with your faith so I can clearly see your power.

“I have come that they might have life and have it full and abundantly.” (John 10:10)
You can have an amazing life when you realize you can’t give it to yourself.
Father,
Thank you for your abundant life. That I discover when I stop trying to give it to myself.
Help me to live in it. As I rest in you for it.

“God began a good work in you and he will continue it until it is finished.” (Philippians 1:6)
You may not be perfect but God isn’t finished yet either.
Lord,
I praise you that even when I fail I know you aren’t finished with me yet.
Continue to perfect me so I can be all you and I want me to be.

“Those who know you Lord trust in you because you have never forsaken those who walk with you.” (Psalm 9:10)
We have confidence for the future because God has never forsaken us in the past.
Lord,
Thank you for your faithfulness and the confidence it inspires.
Help me to walk in that confidence for the future as I remember your gifts of the past.

“There is no condemning of those who have forgiveness in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)
We may fail, but we’re forgiven and accepted. Forever.
Father,
Thank you for your forgiveness that I don’t deserve and could never earn.
Fill me with the peace of your forgiveness and the confidence of your acceptance.

“When trouble comes He will keep me safe in his dwelling, he will hide me in the shelter of his tent and set me high upon the rocks.” (Psalm 27:5)
God doesn’t take us out of troubling times but keeps us safe in the midst.
Lord,
I praise you that in the midst of troubling times you have always protected me.
Keep me safe and secure. Help me rest in your peace even in the storms.

“Don’t be afraid or discouraged. Because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)
Wherever life takes you there God is with you.
Lord,
I praise you for being with me. Every day. Every where. Every moment.
Fill me with your courage and confidence. Help me relax in your presence.

“Taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the person who takes refuge in him.” (Psalm 34:8)
When you test out God’s love you’ll only come back for more.
Lord,
Thank you for your love. And that the more I experience it, the more I want it.
Fill me with your love. Let me taste and see it.
